Leigh E. McDonald is an author, textile artist, pattern designer and quilting instructor. Her first book, Adventures in Circles: Quilt Designs from Start to Finish released July, 2008. Leigh’s quilts have been shown in gallery and museum shows, and juried quilt shows in California, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas, often winning awards. Her quilts grace public and private collections.

Leigh lectures and teaches workshops for quilt shows and guilds throughout the United States and abroad. She is known for her effective use of color, her innovative classes and her love of nature. Leigh recently relocated to Coral Springs, Florida from Kentucky with her family.
